Dr. Cohen is always a real professional and very pleasant to work with. He has been working on my teeth for about 15 years. Another great person there is Melissa, the hygienist. She is the best that has ever worked on my teeth and I’m 77. I highly recommend both!

I love visiting the building, the front desk people are always so kind, and they have the gentlest dental techs ever! Dentists are very friendly. They work with you and your budget, and won’t do unnecessary work for the bottom line. An old school dentist office feel with all the comfort of modern dentistry skills and practice. And I’ve never felt a thing whenever I’ve had a cavity filled.

Mellssa was an awesome dental assistant. She pointed things out that needed to be repaired and after seeing the dentist we came up with a reasonable plan. Very kind people work there. From the time I walked in the door- to the girl that scheduled my plan. I’ll be a forever patient at this office.

I have been going to Main Street Dental for at least 8 years now. Have been extremely happy with their staff and results over the years. Dr. Koen is also great. I like his approach to dentistry. Very informative and communicative, not pushy and great when working on your teeth. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Main Street Dental for several years now and even make it a point to travel there for each appointment, although I've moved away from Buda. Dr. Koen and all staff members make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I have an incredible fear of going to the dentist, and not once have the ever belittled my feelings or sighed when I start to get anxious. They instantly work on comforting me and lay out all the different options for continuing, or stopping, my care. Above all, they provide the best dental care I've ever experienced. Main Street Dental is top notch in terms of bedside manner, cleanings, and dental procedures!

I have had a lot of dental procedures over the years and struggled to keep my teeth in good shape. Because of this visits to the dentist have been anxiety ridden, that is until I started going to Main Street Dental. Patrice is so kind and explained why I struggled with cavities all my life. She recommended an amazing toothpaste that is a game changer. After getting caught up on the dental work I needed I have been cavity and procedure free! This is the first time in my life where visiting the dentist does not cause me anxiety. I know they will take care of my teeth and explain what is going on to me. I love Main Street Dental!

I hate teeth. That being said, I love Dr.Koen and his staff. They are happy and cheerful. They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. And beyond that, Dr. Koen has a gentle touch with doing procedures. He also is very willing to let your current dental work last as long as possible. I love his wait and watch attitude when nothing is hurting. Overall a great experience that has kept me going back for years. I looked hard to find a gentle dentist and good staff. So glad I found them!

I always have a good experience when I go to Main Street Dental. I have been coming here for over 17 years and the staff is good at what they do. Melissa has been my dental hygienist this whole time and she is fantastic.

The best dental place I’ve ever been too! They are thorough with the review of exams and aren’t pushy on work that is needed unless highly recommended. Love this place highly recommend!!!! Staff is nice & facility is clean!!

Dr Mosier took me last minute to repair a lost filling. She ID'd another issue and fixed it on the spot. Going to Main Street Dental is always a good experience. 10 out of 10.

Dr .Koen and Dr. Moser are the best dentists in Buda. They go the extra mile for emergencies. All staff are very kind and helpful .

Dr. Koen and staff are awesome! The level of communication, expertise, and kindness they bring to their work is fantastic. Added bonus, they offer affordable treatments for members of the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians which has been a huge help to many artists in the area. 10/10 experience.

After having some issues after going to a different dental practice I love having landed here. They are awesome and amazing.

Great first experience here, just moved to Buda and wanted to find friendly, local service. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years but they made it seamless and the care was top notch!! Stacy is the best hygienist and super patient with my toddler. Will definitely be going back.

I cannot recommend Main Street Dental in Buda enough! They are awesome! A friend recommended them for my family when I was looking for a local dentist and I am so glad! The staff is welcoming, professional and proficient - very well organized and courteous. The dentists are exceptional. For the first time in my life I enjoy going to the dentist!

The care and expertise of all involved in getting a crown could not have been better. The procedure was painless.

Was able to get cleaning and scheduled for a filling, with no waiting time. All went well.

So happy with the service we received here! Both myself and my two year old daughter got a check up here and, as anyone with a two year old knows, I was terrified of the screaming, kicking and crying we would all have to endure. Thankfully the staff made both of us feel so at ease. My daughter did amazing and her check up went great! My checking involved a bit more work but just like her the staff made me feel comfortable and satisfied! Even when we move again this will be our place!!

My visit was astounding. My hygienist Melissa spent extra time explaining why I was experiencing pain and gave me options to remedy it. I wish I had used Main Street my whole life. Dr. Koen is a good dentist and has excellent techniques.

I just want to say that Dr. Koen is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to. I started going to him when his practice was off of Lake Austin Blvd near downtown Austin as it was 5 minutes from my office. When he moved to Buda, I stayed at his old practice with his old partner, huge mistake. I live in Leander and work in downtown Austin and Dr. Koen is worth the drive for his services. He has the best personality, is funny, and makes you feel at ease. His work is second to none and his staff are some of the best as well, you can tell that everyone is happy to be there and make your dental experience the best possible. I never write reviews, but felt I had to share what an amazing dentist and practice Main Street Dental is.

WOW!! This entire practice is AMAZING! I have been to Dr. Koen several times. He and his staff are the kindest, sweetest, most understanding people in the dental industry I have ever interacted with. My wife found the practice online, tried them out, loved them and then told me to try them because she knows my fear of anything that has to do with the dentist. They have amazing customer service. I wish I could remember each of the dental hygienists who have taken care of me, but I always forget to get their name. Lori handles the front office and insurance stuff...seriously, she KNOWS her stuff and explains things to me so I leave there knowing what is happening. Dr. Koen is the kindest dentist I have EVER had. I hope the Main Street Dental staff reads this because y'all make my experiences with you all so great. Thank you for the friendly voices and smiles. Thank you for the relaxing music that helps calm my nerves. Thank you for keeping me relaxed through my tears and fears. Thank you for playing music in the room so I have something to focus on since I forgot my headphones this last visit. Thank you for taking your time explaining things to me. Thank you for having a once very fearful dental patient feel more relaxed than I have ever been. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Main Street Dental is the best! Lori is great - she really knows her stuff! Doctors Evans and Koen are wonderful as are the hygienists! I've only had positive experiences at Main St.!
